Ignite your sense of adventure and book a Beginner Coasteering Adventure. Our aim is to make coasteering accessible for all ages and water abilities giving everyone the chance to experience Cornwall’s rugged coastline like never before.
Our Beginner Coasteering Adventures are run at a more relaxed pace, the sections of the route, including swimming and climbing are less physically demanding. There are over 10 different jumps on our beginner routes ranging from 2ft – 10ft high and we also include a wildlife section in the route where, using diving masks we give you the challenge of counting how many Star Fish and Cornish King Crabs you can see, and if you are lucky you may even get to swim with a Seal.
Our Beginner Coasteering Adventures are perfect for younger children, families or anyone who is feeling anxious about joining our regular group coasteering sessions, which include our largest jumps and more high adrenaline features.
Enjoy your very own Private Beginner Coasteering Adventure. You will have one of our specialist beginner guides who will tailor the session to your needs and confidence levels. From counting how many ‘Star Fish or Cornish King Crabs’ you can find, to launching yourself off one of our many beginner jumps.

BOOK PRIVATEMousehole is one of Cornwall’s top Coasteering destinations. Nestled in the shelter of Mounts Bay, Mousehole offers multiple coasteering routes for all ages and abilities and we are thrilled to be the exclusive provider of coasteering from this location.
Dating back to the 13th century Mousehole has a rich history tying it to the sea. 1595 saw all but 1 house (which still stands today) burned to the ground by the Spanish armada. 100 Years later Mousehole became a haven for the ‘Barbary Pirates’ with a number of caves on the route being where their treasure was hidden. During the 1800’s Mousehole settled into a thriving fishing village and you’ll regularly see the small fishing boats from Mousehole pass our groups whilst out on route.
