Mousehole is one of Cornwall’s top Coasteering routes. Dating back to the 13th century Mousehole was once invaded by the Spanish armada and gives the name ‘The Spaniard’ to one of our highest jump sections on our ‘High Tide Adrenaline’ route. In 1981 RNLI lifeboat the Solomon Brown made national news by tragically sinking whilst attempting to save the crew of a stricken boat off Lands End. The lifeboat station remains today and provides the perfect mixture of history and discovery on our ‘Beginner Explorer’ coasteering route in Mousehole.
During your 2 – 3 hour session you will experience sea swimming, traversing, bouldering, exploring caves and historic lifeboat sites, floating through gullies, rock jumping and you may even get to play with the friendly local seals.
Equipped with warm winter wetsuits, buoyancy aids, diving masks and helmets our highly trained expert guides will take you on an adventure your family and friends will never forget. Discover why Coasteering is the fastest growing outdoor activity in Cornwall and enjoy the unique mixture of adrenaline, adventure, discovery and history.

'Number one coasteering adventure'
This experience was one of the most thrilling ever!! To be fortunate enough to sea life from the same prospective as a crab or maybe a barnacle was awesome. We were so well cared for and felt completely safe with our guide Steve, meaning you could be super brave and secure jumping into the deep bits.I didn’t think I would be able to go under the water but that was soon forgotten because I felt safe. We did this to celebrate my husband’s birthday as a small group booking. We are 47 and 53 but felt like we were 21 again.
Thank you so so much to the coasteering team x
