Join a paddleboarding lesson or tour at one of our stunning locations. We’re the exclusive provider at Cadgwith Cove and Mullion Cove on the Lizard Peninsula, or you can opt for a session at Hayle Estuary.

The paddleboarding lessons take place from the Lizard Peninsula (Cadgwith Cove and Mullion Cove). Once you have been shown how to do it on the beach you will then progress to the water where your experienced guide will show you how to stand, turn and manoeuvre your paddle board.
Lessons are 2-3 hours long, with a minimum age requirement of 12 years old (unless booking privately). Additionally, all paddleboarding lessons include complimentary water photography.
