14 years since our first lesson, the new look Global Boarders Surf Co. Cornwall is pleased to introduce our strongest ever coaching team for 2019. With over 12 years coaching experience our head coach Chris Brown (current English team coach) leads a team of 5 coaches – Steve, David, Luke, Tim & Anne-Marie. All our coaches have been hand picked to ensure the highest levels of quality and professionalism are achieved on a daily basis for all ages and abilities.
Global Boarders Surf Co. Cornwall has a permanent bases at Praa Sands, Cornwall and at Sunset Surf Cafe, Gwithian Towans. Where possible we will hold all our surfing programmes at these locations. If the conditions are unsuitable / unsafe at Praa Sands & Gwithian then to minimise cancellations and ensure our clients enjoy the best possible surfing experience, we have mobile licences / permissions to run sessions at; St Ives Bay, Newquay and Marazion.
We welcome you to our Centre of Excellence, Praa Sands surf school, situated at the Number 1 surfing destination on the South Coast of Cornwall – Praa Sands.

Our award winning Gwithian surf school is nestled in the corner of the beautiful St Ives Bay. The picturesque beaches of Gwithian Towans and Godrevy are one of Cornwall’s more quiet and secluded surf destinations.
You can find us based at the Sunset Surf Café in Gwithian, where we have excellent facilities for all our surfers, including warm changing rooms and toilets.Find out more
