Woody's power and passion for surfing is best seen when he's charging big waves and dropping power turns any adult would be proud of. His natural rockstar approach to life is ever infectious to all team riders, parents and coaches.
Throughout 2015, Woody surfed in his first full competitive season on the UK Professional Surfing Association Junior tour and Surfing GB U14's division events. Woody had plenty of success on the competitive scene with some fine results, most notably in the Penwith Schools Surf Competition (U14's Boys 1st Place).
With a brand new board towards the back end of 2015, Woody's thirst for learning is growing and with his enthusiasm to simply have fun in the water.
2016 Has already seen Woody compete in three surf contests, achieving his best ever national result, finishing 3rd at the English National, Woody then backed this up by retaining his U14's title at the Penwith School Surf Championships.
